Tôi không thích thể thao, nhưng rất thích thể dục.

Tôi không thích chơi bóng bầu dục Mỹ. Và không thích xem bóng bầu dục Mỹ trên ti vi.

Nhưng tôi rát thích xem Sumo trên ti vi.

Tôi tạp yoga mỗi ngay và thường đi bộ đường dài. Tôi thích âm nhạc. Loại nào [what kind]? Pop, jazz, classical, EDM, Latin. Tôi thích tất cả các loại [all kinds].

Tôi chơi ghi ta và piano. Và ukulele!

Tôi sáng tác [compose] nhạc. Một chút. [a little] Tôi cũng viết bài hát. Tôi muốn làm một bản ghỉ âm. [make a record]

Chủ nhật tuần trước tôi đã có ba nuổi biêủ diễn/ Last Sunday I had three performances

Đầu tiên, tôi đã hát bài trong dàn hơp xướng ỏ nhà thò/ First, I sang in my church choir

Cho buổi biểu diễn đó, tôi mặc màu đỏ/For that performance I wore a red gown.

Thú hai, tôi dôi vã đến một nhà thò khác đã biểu diễn trong dàn hợp xưởng guitar cổ điền/Second, I rushed to another church to perform in the classical guitar choir. I arrived just in time for dress rehearsal.

Cho buổi biểu diễn đó, tôi mặc màu đen/For that performance I had to wear all black.

Vào buổi tổi tôi vội vã Chandler. Tôi đã kể một bài thơ. Dân hợp xương Phật giảo đã biểu diễn một bài hất ngôn ngũ ký hiệu. In the evening I rushed to Chandler and narrated a poem while a Buddhist choir performed a song—in sign language!

Cho buổi biểu diễn đó, tôi mặc một bộ đồ/ For that performance I wore a suit!

Tôi đã kiệt súc! I was exhausted!

Harin thích chơi bong chuyền. Cô ấy cũng thích chơi guitar bass. Tôi cũng thích âm nhạc.

Gia định của em Harin có mọt em trai. Em trai của cô ấy cao hơn cô ấy. Cha cô ấy làm việc ỏ một công ty.

E Reflections

I’m old school, so like memorization of conversation and speaking. project was different. It is a way to review our material. I was introduced to the project by the assignments, which made it a bit scattered. Once I sat down to finish the different parts it came together easily.

Preparing the book (I chose to do powerpoint presentations) was the most meaningful activity in this project. Powerpoints are good ways to organize bullet points.

The most challenging part was aligning with my Vientamese partner. We put things off. Finally we both got nervous and did two calls.

I would have liked more longer essay-type requirements. Of course nothing too deep, but som musings on how we feel about something, for instance.
